Haha, I drew this yesterday with Oekaki Shipainter and changed the contrast a little with OpenCanvas. I wish there were cats like him. :D

*Sekkosikis gallery is so unique in every way; his style is his own and something I really appreciate. Somehow he likes diving is one of my favourite pieces from him because of it's great colour work and cute yet evil looking characters, but of course the rest of his gallery is awesome so drop on by after admiring this piece!
